Dance Game Videos on YouTube

Spent entirely too much time on YouTube watching DDR freestyle videos yesterday. These are some of the best.

Nielleko freestyling to “Mr. T (Take Me Higher)” in DDR Extreme:

Kevin Kim freestyling to “Dam Dariam” on what I think is a DDR Extreme machine:

JPMoney’s freestyle of “Summer Love” in Doubles Mode, DDR Extreme 2 (I think):

Two Japanese girls freestyling to “Dub-I-Dub” on a DDR 3rd Mix machine:

A pair of guys freestyling to “Do It All Night” at a Korean DDR tournament, DDR 3rd Mix:

Four Korean guys freestyling to an unknown (to me) DDR 3rd Mix song at a tournament:

This one isn’t DDR, but Pump It Up, a dance game which features floor panels configured in an X-shape pattern on the dance platform, as opposed to a cross-shape found in DDR. This pair from Mexico placed first in the World Pump Finals in 2005. They’re good:

It’s very bizarre that you posted on this subject, becuase I was just watching a bunch of videos on YouTube the other day from WPF ’05. I was going to link you to a video of someone called ‘Smidget’, but the video has been removed.
